INQUIRY EVALUATION
Once we receive inquiry, we evaluate it from all aspects like styling, material, accessories, Compliance requirement, Quality parameters, Quantity, delivery, Price structure and destination port.
MANUFACTURER SOURCING
On the basis of inquiry details, we find best suitable manufacturer from our existing reliable supplier list or even search for any new suitable supplier. While sourcing the manufacturer, we always consider the production capability in accordance to our required product, Reliability of manufacturer, Quality consciousness, Production Capacity, Updated compliance certifications and delivery commitment.
NEGOTIATION AND SAMPLING
From the suitable supplier, we negotiate the prices and after price confirmation from our buyer, we proceed for preorder sampling. Our team of professionals get deeply involve in sampling and ensure every required detail in terms of styling, colour, material construction and composition, specifications, fit etc.
MERCHANDISING
After the Order confirmation, the order files goes to the desk of our award winning Merchandising team, who execute the order in a way that each and every minute detail and requirement get ensured before starting the production. They get the approval of all materials, accessories, styling , specs from the customer and transfer the information to the supplier in accordance to the instruction received from the customer.
ON FLOOR QUALITY CONTROL
We maintain the quality through our own team of On-Floor Technicians, who are experienced and qualified to control and rectify on-floor the quality problems. They are the solution finder and not only the problem finder. They are well capable of providing solutions to the problems found during the production process, because they have hands on experience right from the machine adjustments , product handling and controlling the production flow in accordance to the required Quality standards.
INDEPENDENT QUALITY AUDIT
On the top of on-floor technicians, we have deputed Independent Quality Auditors who are visiting production facilities multiple time and conduct repeated Inline Inspections and FRI’s as well. The are directly reporting to the CEO. They are basically a third party auditor within the company.
DETAILED FRI REPORT
After the shipment is hundred percent packed, we conduct a Final Random Inspection (FRI) as per required AQL Standard. Our FRI reports contains all the details regarding Quality of shipment including pictures of Packed Cartons, Unboxing Pieces, Labels, Tags, barcode reading, fault found, fabric GSM and much more. We also facilitate our customers for a realtime video calling (If required) so that they can take immediate decisions about the shipping of their goods. This way our customer can have a clear understanding about the quality of shipment before dispatch.
CONTAINER LOADING AND SHIPPING
Once the shipment is approved by the customer, then we make sure that the goods got properly stuffed in export container and is properly sealed. With the close co-ordination of our forwarding agents we make sure that the goods must be loaded on schedules vessel. Afterwards we also take care that all shipping documents must be provided to customer within due time.
